How do I care for my wooden products?

Wooden products are durable but require a little care to maintain their beauty. We recommend:

  • Wiping surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Avoiding prolonged exposure to water or direct sunlight.
  • Using natural wood polish occasionally to keep the finish vibrant.

If your product includes screws, we recommend checking and tightening them upon arrival. During shipping, screws can sometimes loosen due to movement, so giving them a quick tighten will ensure your product stays secure and stable.

Do you ship internationally?

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a refund.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?
