What should I do if I need to make changes or corrections to my shipping address?

If you notice an error in your shipping details or need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@woodenden.com. We’re happy to help!

Please note:

  • Changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, or if the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to update the address as the package could already be in transit.
  • If an incorrect address was provided and the item has shipped, we’ll do our best to retrieve and redirect the package, though additional shipping charges may apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect shipping information. To avoid delays or complications, please double-check your address before placing your order.

I received an order that was damaged in transit. What do I do now?

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely, but sometimes accidents happen during transit. If your package arrives damaged, we’re here to help!

Here’s what to do:

  1. Inspect the package immediately: Take clear photos of the exterior and interior packaging, including any visible damage.
  2. Reach out to us: Email us at hello@woodenden.com with:
    • Photos of the damaged packaging and product
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue

We’ll respond within one business day with next steps, which may include sending a replacement or providing a return label if needed.

Important notes:

  • If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, kindly refuse it and ask the courier to return it to us.
  • Please report the issue to the courier as soon as possible, as delays may affect their ability to take responsibility.

I’ve received a faulty or wrong item. What do I do?

We work hard to ensure every order is perfect, but in the rare case you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right!

    • Photos of the item
    • A brief description of the issue
  2. We’ll resolve it:
    • If the item is incorrect (e.g., wrong color), you won’t need to return it.
    • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
    • If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund for the item and shipping fees.

I did not receive my package, what do I do now?

At WoodenDen, we strive to ensure every package arrives safely at its destination. However, we understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control, and your package may not reach you.

If you haven’t received your shipment (and it’s not due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal by someone at your address, or customs delays), please reach out to us at hello@woodenden.com. We’ll work closely with you to track the package, file a claim with the carrier, and do everything we can to ensure you receive your order.
