Canceling or Changing an Order
Plans change, and we get it! If you’ve just placed an order and need to cancel or make adjustments, please email us as soon as possible at hello@woodenden.com.
Please note: Once your order has been processed, we won’t be able to make changes. However, we’ll gladly assist you through our return policy once your purchase arrives.

Refusal of Delivery
If delivery is refused, missed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if a delivery appointment is not attended, it will be considered a Refusal of Delivery. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for both outgoing and return shipping costs.

Return Policy
If you need to return an item, we’re here to help! Please email us at hello@woodenden.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you can ship the item back to us.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in its original packaging.
• Show no signs of wear or damage caused by regular use.
• Include all materials and accessories originally shipped with the product.
Please note:
• Free items from special offers, personalized products, gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.

Refund and Exchange Policies
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees and additional charges (e.g., gift wrapping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at hello@woodenden.com. Note that once an exchange is processed, the exchanged item(s) are no longer eligible for refunds.

Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or a defective product).
Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package is safely returned.

Refund Process
Refunds or replacements will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. If a replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (if applicable)

Important Notes
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Free items from special offers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
